The company's activities are focused primarily on the cultivation of olive trees and vines. It produces organic extra virgin olive oil with IGP certification and wine from organic grapes. The eight hectares of clayey soil, where the activities are carried out, host about three hundred century-old olive trees, to which a semi-intensive plantation of over a thousand more trees was added in the late 1990s. The varieties present are mainly Leccino, Maiatica, Frantoiana, and Nociara.

Dell’originario vigneto, di circa cinque ettari impiantato nel 1919, attualmente restano circa 40 are (varietà: Ciliegiolo, Sangiovese, Malvasia e Moscato francese).

Since 2019, the company, which has always maintained a natural cultivation of products primarily for family consumption, has officially enjoyed organic certification for the production of oil-bearing fruits and grapes for wine and table use.

Since 2020, it has been listed among the olive growers of Lucano IGP Oil.
